I have coming to realize more profoundly each day how powerful gratitude is in not just releasing my hearts desires, but my overall health and well-being.
Is gratitude a magic bullet, in a sense, yes!
Is gratitude always easy, no!
Growing up, I never gave gratitude much attention, if at all. Gratitude was a word that was tossed about like the waves on the sea, yet never really practiced.
But, there came a day in my life when I felt like I was hitting a brick wall. Nothing was changing, no matter how hard I tried. It was when I got in personal development that I started to realize the catalyst or key to unleashing everything I wanted was in the power of gratitude.
Gratitude was not something I could just grab and incorporate into my life; I had to learn a new level of honesty with myself to be able to see the areas of my life where I was unknowingly ungrateful.
I knew if I wanted to experience the power of change that would play a part in helping me to unleash the desires of my heart I was going to have to make gratitude a way of life, my foundation in which all the other lessons would be built on.
Even the smallest amount of gratitude can cause a huge shift in a persons attitude and set them on the right path. The key is to keep it going and make it a part of ones life.
“Gratitude will shift you to a higher frequency, and you will attract much better things.” – Rhonda Byrne
“Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.”
– Brian Tracy
